Notice of Searchlight Business Transfer

In line with corporate restructuring and business development planning, effective November 25, 2025, all searchlight-related products, technologies, and business operations previously conducted by Lumos Technology Co., Ltd. have been formally transferred to the newly established joint venture, RayTo Imaging Technologies Co., Ltd.

From this date forward, all matters related to searchlight products, including:

• Product sales and quotations
• Technical support and project execution
• Customer service and after-sales support

are handled exclusively by RayTo Imaging Technologies Co., Ltd. as the primary point of contact.
