Yes, if your digital camera is the compatible camera for X-Loupe as listed above. When you purchase X-Loupe module, meanwhile, you need to bring your camera for our distributors to attach an adaptor ring to the camera, and it will not affect the original functions of camera (only for A series.) However, we still recommend you to purchase the camera only for X-Loupe because we will customise the camera’s setting ready for X-Loupe. Moreover, a camera especially for X-Loupe will help users’ working process more smoothly and efficiently.

Will the adaptor ring damage my Canon camera? Is it still able to use X-Loupe without the adaptor ring?

The adaptor ring is to mount X-Loupe closely with the camera and only used for X-Loupe A series, so we surely it will not damage the camera, or affect the camera functions. If insist not to add the adaptor ring, the users have to squeeze both camera and X-Loupe with only one hand, while using the other hand to operate shooting, thus might cause the hand vibration, or further affects the shooting results. Therefore, we strongly suggest users to attach the adaptor ring on the camera to work with X-Loupe A series.

X-Loupe G series is a whole new all-in-one model with the new appearance and new functions, so users just need to situate the camera into the X-Loupe G series’ module, and make certain the center of the camera lens aligns to the center of module whenever put together the camera and the module.

We provide 1-year limited warranty for X-Loupe hardware products. The warranty does not apply to the damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other external cause. Please check our “Product Warranty Card” for more details. If the warranty period has expired, we will provide a quotation for the repair before you consent the repair. If your CANON cameras are delivered by us, we will forward your CANON cameras to Canon’s distributor for further maintenance.
